THEMATIC SYMPOSIUM PROPOSITION (06/25 – 07/10)

  • The proposals should have a maximum of 400 words;
  • The proposals can be composed up to 4 proponents. At least one of them has to have a doctorate degree;
  • A maximum of 20 oral communications can be assigned to the same thematic symposium;
  • The thematic symposium will be canceled if it doesn’t hit the minimum number of 10 approved communications;
  • The thematic symposium proposals have to be sent to st@enipac2019.com, according to this template.

MINICOURSE PROPOSITION (06/25 – 07/10)

  • Each registered person can submit only on mini course proposal;
  • The proposals should have a maximum of 400 words;
  • The proposals can be composed up to 4 proponents. At least one of them has to have a master’s degree;
  • The proposals will be evaluated by the IV ENIPAC scientific committee;
  • Minicourses proposals have to be sent to minicurso@enipac2019.com, according to this template.

SHORT FILMS EXHIBITION PROPOSITION (UNTIL 09/01)

  • People interested in displaying a short film, during the IV ENIPAC, should send the following information to video@enipac2019.com:

a) Film’s full title;

b) Director’s full name;

c) Duration, language and production year;

d) Image associated to the short film (in JPEG format) to disclose on the event’s website.


BOOK LAUNCH PROPOSITION (UNTIL 09/01)

  • People interested in launching books, during the IV ENIPAC, should send the following information to livro@enipac2019.com:

a) Book’s full title;

b) Full name of the author(s);

c) In case of a collective work, full names of the organizers;

d) Bibliographic reference accordingly to the ABNT norms;

e) Book cover in JPEG format (or similar) for disclosure.

The Organizing Committee will not be responsible for the transport of the books that will be launched during the Event. Therefore, each author/organizer shall arrange themselves in relation to the transport of the copies that will be brought to the launch.


ORAL COMMUNICATION IN THEMATIC SYMPOSIUM SUBMISSION (07/15 – 08/10)

  • Each registered person can submit only one proposal in a thematic symposium;
  • When registered you must choose three thematic symposiums, according to the hierarchial order of your preference. If your paper is not accepted in your first option, it will be relocated to your second option;
  • The proposals should have a maximum of 400 words;
  • An Oral Communication proposition can be integrated by 4 members at most;
  • Advisors of thesis, dissertation, scientific, teaching and extension initiation programs can appear as co-author in a maximum of 5 papers;
  • Evaluation, acceptance and disapproval of papers in thematic symposiums will be carried out by each symposium coordinator;
  • If the paper is not accepted in any of the evauation stages, the person registered will be automatically considered as a listener, with no refund;
  • The selected papers have a maximum of 15 minutes to be presented (Datashow and a computer will be provided);
  • Oral communication proposals shall be sent to st@enipac2019.com, according to this template;
  • After making the registration payment, we ask that the receipt is sent to st@enipac2019.com.

FULL PAPER SUBMISSION FOR THE EVENT’S E-BOOK PUBLICATION (UNTIL 10/28)

  • After the Oral Communication approval, the full length paper must be sent to ebook@enipac2019.com;
  • The paper can be integrated by 4 members at most;
  • The paper shall have 10 to 15 pages, with line spacing of 1.5, Windows word format, type of font being Calibri, size 12, margins of 3,0cm (upper and left side) and 2,0 (bottom and right side) and justified aligment;
  • The paper shall follow the ABNT citations and references norms;
  • Quotes that are above three completed lines must be retreated 4,0cm (left margin), as well as written with size 11 font;
  • Footnotes must be insered only when essential;
  • It’s recommended, for the body of the text, the use of the system author – date to quote and reference;
  • The images inserted in the paper should be of good resolution (minimum of 300dpi);
  • After the ENIPAC scientific commttee’s evaluation, the full length papers can be published on the event’s e-book;
  • The papers shall be organized in accordance with this template.
